Your privacy

DE VERE WORKS LTD is responsible for the personal information used to arrange and deliver your consultation. Contact contact@devereworks.com for privacy questions.

What we use

We keep your payer name and email where supplied, payment reference and status, purchased scope, terms acceptance time, appointment correspondence and information you choose to discuss. Stripe handles card details; our website does not receive or store your card number. Hosting logs may contain your IP address for security and fault investigation. Please do not send passwords, access codes or sensitive camera footage by email.

Why and who

We use booking information to perform our contract, financial records to meet legal obligations, and limited security logs for our legitimate interest in protecting the service. Stripe processes payments, DigitalOcean hosts this site, and Google Workspace handles our business email. These providers may process data outside the UK under their applicable data protection safeguards. We do not sell your information or use it for unsolicited marketing.

How long

Payment and contract records are normally retained for six years for accounting and dispute purposes. Consultation notes and correspondence are kept only while needed to deliver the service or related agreed work, normally no longer than two years after the last contact unless a legal need requires longer.

Your choices

You can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to relevant processing, and request portability where applicable. Some records must be retained for legal reasons. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising trackers or analytics. WordPress and the payment journey may use necessary security/session functionality. Stripe provides its own privacy and cookie information during checkout. External links open only when you choose them.
